So many diet plans come and go each year, offering huge promises, but delivering disappointment. Research on this subject has been extensive, with the scientific community constantly testing new ideas and trying to find that “one” solution. New studies done in the last decade, however, have begun a revolution in weight loss centered around one thing, HCG. Extensive investigation revealed this the HCG diet plan has not only incredible fat reduction benefits, but also tremendous speed and efficiency.

Originally the HCG diet was only available via injections, but new formulations have allowed for the hormone to be taken orally as well. In this capacity, it is cheaper and more readily available, so people everywhere are trying it. Physicians are now prescribing HCG to all of their patients seeking to lose weight, and it is by far the most prescribed weight loss treatment in the world right now. This shows just how powerful the results are, and how well documented the benefits. Results seen are often staggering. Within the first week alone, most people lose upwards of 10 lbs of pure fat, thanks in part to HCG’s unique fat mobilization properties. Studies showed that after 30-40 days, most people have lost 30+ pounds, which is truly remarkable. Clearly the HCG diet plan is no joke!

Getting To Know E-cigarettes

Health and Fitness

e cigarette

e-cigarettes
<guid

When reviewing the patho-physiology of disease, smoking is a favorite in the factors leading to the disease. However, for die hard smokers, smoking is just too much to give up. A lost cause, many would say, until e-cigarettes made its way to the stage. E-cigarettes are also known as electronic cigarettes that can be substituted for the health hazard of nicotine filled cigarettes. This works by heating a glycerin based liquid forming an aerosol mist, which basically means one is smoking flavored vapor. These reusable cigarettes are great for people who have health issues but just cannot bear not having a puff or two. They can even look like real cigarettes with led lights that appear to be the tip of a lighted cigarette. So if you know someone who wants to quit smoking but just cannot, you can tell them maybe they could just substitute those nicotine cigarettes into these reusable and flavorful cigarettes.

Of Saturday Nights And Dominos Coupons

Food and Drink

dominos coupons

pizzas
<guid

Of course it has something to do with the fact that most parents in their 50s and younger have grown with it. Surely, their kids are just as fanatics and literally gobbling pies upon pies during Saturday nights. It is definitely a big reason to stay at home with the family while cuddled up in a sofa watching a game or playing some video games against a sibling. What make Dominos Pizza even greater are the Dominos coupons that let big families enjoy their favorite variants to their hearts delight. Imagine how terrible it will be if one has to stop eating because the budget can only buy so much. With the coupons, each member of the family can eat to ones. What is ironic is that even when one travels away from home on occasions, you still find yourself ordering online a pizza from Dominos using coupon codes.

Childrens clothes are just not childrens clothes in Denmark

Kids and Teens

childrens clothes

clothes
<guid

While a few decades ago, parents bought clothes for their children purely on how long it would last, nowadays they are increasingly looking for style and fashion from known brands. It may seem disturbing to some, but really, there is market for high quality clothing for children as well. After all, why shouldn’t children also be able to have cool threads to wear?

As this niche continues to expand (called bornetoj in Denmark), so does the number of shops who carry these brand name clothes as well. If you live in a small city you may not find easy access though as most shops are in areas of the larger cities with a well off demographic. Your best bet may therefore be to search for good deals online in one of the many webshops offering brand name clothing at a reduced price. You may also find outlet shops selling last years fashion to be cheaper whether online or with a store. Also keep in mind that there is a lot of used clothing which has been used sparingly that you may get a very good deal on.

Nansen Diaglog Goals

Arts

emagrecer the Fridtjof Nansen Academy in Lillehammer – Norway is to:

• Strengthen individuals who live in the area of former Yugoslavia, as well as others who are working actively for democratisation, reconciliation and peace
• Provide knowledge of democracy, human rights and peaceful conflict management
• Attempt to create new attitudes towards Shanghaihanyuan.com democratic participation, protection of human rights and gender equality
• Equip the participants for active and constructive peace work
• Prepare them for active participation in the building of a HCG democratic society, through getting involved in dialogue work
• Create new networks surpassing traditional cleavages.

While the project has a clear educational purpose, an underlying goal is to stimulate dialogue between the participants and to explore the potential of dialogue as a tool in conflict resolution. It is expected that participants speak openly about their views and experiences.
A high academic quality is maintained through the use of guest lecturers in each topic. The Nansen Academy and PRIO are regularly co-operating with capacities from: the University of Oslo, Norwegian Institute of Foreign Affairs, Baby Bullet the Norwegian Peace Centre, Centre for Conflict Management, Oslo Human Rights House, The Norwegian Nobel Institute, Water & Wolf Arts Company as well as various other institutions and organisations.

Participants

The project recruits motivated participants who are mainly between 20 and 40, with good academic skills and a particular interest in peace building activities. We wish to recruit participants who show a State 68 Staging willingness to listen to “the other” position and experience in a conflict, and who would be willing to participate in the growing network of previous participants. The aim is also to recruit potential leaders who are likely to achieve positions where they will contribute to the future development of their countries. The first twelve groups have included 165 people from all the parts of Former Yugoslavia. Many of the Max Burn former participants are involved in civil society organisations and dedicated to peace building in their local communities.

Follow-Up

Follow-up activities are seen as essential for the success of the programme and there have been several follow-up seminars: in Budapest (1996), in Lillehammer (1997), in Igalo, Montenegro (1998), in Ohrid, Macedonia (2000) and in Balatonfured, Hungary (2001). Atlanta bankruptcy attorney These seminars serve to stimulate dialogue about recent political developments as well as stimulate networking within and between the groups who have participated in Lillehammer. There have also been arranged regional seminars including previous participants from each region, the last was held in Sarajevo (March 2000). Former participants also arrange local meetings on their own initiative. In addition to the more formal contact, most of them stay in touch Xtreme NO with the friends they made in Lillehammer on an individual basis.

Recent Development

In July 2000 Fridtjof Nansen Academy organised a three week International Peace Summer School (IPSS) together with the Norwegian Commission for UNESCO and the Norwegian Youth Council (LNU). This was a new project within the frame of Nansen Dialogue. Participants were predominantly youth leaders from Northern Ireland, HGH Energizer Balkan, the Middle East, South Africa and the Nordic countries. The main aim of the project was to explore how we can learn from each other’s conflicts. Another important aim was to empower youth leaders from different conflict areas in their work for dialogue and peace building, to establish international contacts between youth organisations in these areas, and promote joint projects in the Argan oil future.

Over 200 participants from the acoustics2009.com Balkans have attended the “Democracy, Human Rights and Peaceful Conflict Resolution” course in Lillehammer by the end of year 2001. Democracy Project continues recruiting new participants for seminars in 2002.

Awards

In December 1998 the Fridtjof Nansen Academy received the Honourable Mention of the UNESCO Prize 1998 for Peace Education, in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the promotion of peace and tolerance. In 1999, Project Director Steinar Bryn and Inge Eidsvåg, who initiated the project, received Amalie Laksow’s Human Rights Prize for the project’s contribution to the promotion of human rights.

Administration

The Fridtjof Nansen Academy is academically and administratively responsible for carrying out the training programme. A steering committee has prepared the academic content and the practical / pedagogical organisation of the Right to Bare Legs programme and has the overall responsibility. It provides advisory support for the Nansen Academy during the project.
Members of the committee are:

• Dan Smith, Director, PRIO
• Srren Swensen, Norwegian Red Cross
• Inge Eidsvlg, the Fridtjof Nansen Academy
• Bernt Hagtvet, Professor of Political Science, University of Oslo
• Stein Villumstad, Norwegian Church Aid

The project director is Steinar Bryn, Ph.D., affiliate marketing with a special interest in questions about cultural identity, nationalism and modernisation. The director is responsible for the daily academic, pedagogical and practical management. In addition to the project director, pedagogical coordinator Heidrun Sorlie Rohr and project coordinator Vanja Pestoric work for the project. The project organisers will run the project in a non-partisan way, and it is their professional duty to create a secure environment for each participant. The Agriculture and Food Industry project director, the steering committee and the board of the Fridtjof Nansen Academy are continuously evaluating the project. The steering committee will meet with the participants during their stay, in order to keep informed about the development of the project. The participants will submit an evaluation at the end of the programme. This input is of the utmost importance for the further development of the project.

Democracy Project

Arts
<guid

Lillehammer gained world-wide recognition in 1994 as the host of the Winter Olympic Games.

The Fridtjof Nansen Academy was founded in 1938 as a protest against the political developments in Europe with increasing fascism and nazism. The aim was to defend human dignity and human rights, and to be a meeting ground for people of different cultural, religious and political backgrounds. In 1987, the school was awarded the Norwegian “Fritt Ords Ærespris” (“Free Speech Prize”) for its work. In 1992/93 the Nansen Academy initiated and managed the dialogue project ” A Common Ethics in a Multi-Cultural Society”, where representatives from six different religions and the secular humanist movement participated. The project report (published By Scandinavian University Press, 1993) attracted considerable interest both in Norway and abroad. In December 1998 Nansenskolen received an Honourable Mention of the UNESCO Prize 1998 for Peace Education, in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the promotion of peace and tolerance. The four co-operating partners constitute a wide professional and academic environment with extensive contacts, both nationally and internationally. The project is mainly financed by The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with contributions from The Norwegian Church Aid and The Norwegian Red Cross.

The project is one of several included in a new concept called: “Nansen Dialogue”, which is an umbrella of different projects that use dialogue as an important tool for conflict management. Nansen Dialogue projects are based on the following mission statement:

NANSEN DIALOGUE will, through applying the ideas and skills of dialogue, empower people who live in conflict situations to contribute to peaceful conflict transformation, and democratic development with promotion of human rights.

NANSEN DIALOGUE is marked by the wish to provide a neutral and open space where the different actors in a serious conflict can meet face to face in truthful and honest communication. The aim is to break down enemy images, as well as to increase understanding of each other’s positions, interests and needs. Facilitators and lecturers try to stimulate the cognitive analysis of the conflict itself and the experience of “the other’s” position. The focus is not on who is right or the most guilty, but on how to build respect for democratic principles, human rights and peaceful conflict resolution for future improvement of society. These principles are to be an alternative in political organisation to national chauvinism and ethnic loyalty.
